Our factory

K-Chem invests in automated equipment and experienced technical staff to operate the system. We have almost completely automated the production process, helping to increase productivity, reduce costs and control chemical exposure to the environment. The production process includes the following steps:

Raw material quantification: Automatic weighing using the mixing tank weighing system or performing quantitative weighing in the fume hood and then charging directly into the mixing tank.

Mixing: By closes-loop circulation and aeration.

Process control: The production process is controlled by the SCADA automatic operation control system.

Quality control: Quantitative and qualitative analysis of solvents.

Packaging: Various specifications (drum, IBC tanks, trucks,…).
